Great Mammal Hall

Great Mammal Hall, built in 1872, reflects the vision of Louis Agassiz, a Swiss zoologist, Harvard Professor, and founder of Harvard's Museum of Comparative Zoology. The gallery features mammals of all sizes, from many backgrounds. Visitors can compare mammals from humans to whales and bats to sloths.

The gallery was renovated for the Museum's 150th anniversary and now includes new scientific information.
