Birds of the World

Birds of the World is our new permanent exhibit!
There are more than 200 species of bird families displayed here in the Harvard Museum of Natural History. There are many diverse species of birds that they exceed the biological species of mammals, amphibians and reptiles.

The Birds of the World gallery will consist of many diverse species of birds and descriptions. The gallery has just been finished up with the setting up of the birds with new (to us) antique cases. The refurbishment of this exhibit brings out the different discoveries of birds and its evolution.

The Birds of the World gallery was made possible by a generous gift in memory of Melvin R. Seiden, Harvard 1952.
